On Changes
Change
is the only absolute in the world,
the
only thing you can depend on.
Nothing
stays the same.
Tomorrow
will come,
bringing
with it new beginnings and sometimes
unexpected
endings.
You
can hold on to the past and get left in the dust; or,
you
can choose to jump on the ride of life and live a
new
adventure with perseverance and an open mind.

Reflection
The
poem above is what the book mostly want to tell us. It tells the importance of
change in life. In the book, the penguins are very clever and excellent in
doing business. However, it is useless at last because they force new workers
to act like them, think like them. Such measurements slow down their operations
and almost devastate lots of their new generations. Yet they can’t find their
mistake and blame all faults on the others. Therefore, I discovered being
conservative will only conceal ourselves unknowingly, and be banished from
modern times. So the book is to teach everyone should have an open mind and be
brave to be ourselves. No matter personally or publicly.
