If you visit some places in Hong Kong like Sheung Wan and Sau Ying Pun, you will find almost every local shop has a cat because people believe that cats can bring luck to them. The book author maked this photograph after he moved to Sau Ying Pun. In the book, he introduces serval cats he met, including their backgrounds and dailies. Each shot of these lovely little cats must make your heart melt.

By reading this book, you can feel the sincere and heartfelt relationship between the the cats and their owners. They are both important to each other. The book is not only about cats, but also about local shops. You can find different kinds of local shop, from traditional Chinese Medicine shop to grocery shop, all show the local culture of Hon Kong.
Last but not least, the book teaches us to love animals. Once you keep a pet, you should pick up the responsibility of taking care it. And we should love and treasure animals. Never think of abandoning an animal.

My favorite part of the book :

My favorite part of the book is the page of Siu Faa. Siu Faa has been rejected. You would never know that she was once the runt of the litter. Fortunately, she was adopted and now live in a happy life with her owner, who treated her like one of the family. In my perspective, no matter human and animals, every life is valuable. We should never abandon, abuse or insult an animal. They are our friends.
